IS2062
Grade Introduction:
IS2062 carbon steel is a product standard of the Bureau of Indian Standards for steel. It specifies standards for Hot Rolled Medium and High Tensile Structural Steel. IS 2062 steel is mainly used for structural purposes.
We manufacture Round Bars conforming to IS2062 Grade E250A from sizes 25mm to 80mm. Since they are low carbon steel bars they offer good formability, weldability, and machinability.
We can also provide you material in specific lengths or their multiples so that your wastages can be minimized. We can also do additional testing such as Magnetic Particle Inspection and UT depending on the requirement of the customer.
IS2062 is also a standard that is compulsory for a manufacturer to have in India to produce Hot Rolled Steel for Medium and High Tensile Structural Purpose.
